At Aquatic Nature Private Limited, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase and training experience. Please review our Refund Policy below, which outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are issued.

 

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product delivered is damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement.

• The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
• Photo or video evidence of the damage is required.
• Product must be returned in its original packaging.

1. Incorrect Product Delivered

If you receive an item different from what was ordered, we will arrange for return pickup and ship the correct product, or issue a full refund.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

• Perishable products such as live fish, plants, or organic soil additives
• Customized or made-to-order aquarium setups or farming kits
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
• Items returned without original packaging or tags
• Training or workshop fees (unless cancelled by Aquatic Nature — see section below)

 

3. Training & Workshop Refunds

• Training/workshop fees are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
• In case Aquatic Nature cancels a scheduled program, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future batch.

 

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at aquaticnature2023@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Request – [Order ID]”.
2. Include your full name, contact number, reason for refund, and attach supporting evidence (images/videos if applicable).
3. Our team will review the request within 3–5 business days and respond with the outcome.
4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

• First, check your bank account or payment app again.
• Then contact your bank or payment provider — processing times may vary.
• If you've done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at aquaticnature2023@gmail.com.
