We currently ship products only within India. Certain remote areas may have limited or delayed shipping options due to logistical constraints.

 

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• For customized or made-to-order products (e.g., aquarium setups), processing time may vary and will be communicated at the time of order.

 

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

• Metropolitan Areas: 3–7 business days
• Non-Metro/Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, logistics delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of the order.
• Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
• Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a specified value or during promotional periods.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with the tracking details (in case order is placed via Indian Post. delivery details will be provided).
• Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment on the courier's website.

 

6. Delivery Attempts

• If the courier is unable to deliver your package, they may attempt delivery up to two more times.
• After repeated failed attempts, the package will be returned to us, and additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

 

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
• For lost shipments, we will work with the courier service to locate your package or provide a replacement/refund if necessary.

 

8. Restrictions

• We do not ship live fish, plants, or perishable items through standard courier services.
• Certain fragile items may require special handling and additional charges.
