• Any delivery issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product.

• Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if found damaged or defective.
• Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
• Training fees once paid are non-refundable, unless the program is canceled by Aquatic Nature.
• Customized or perishable products are not eligible for return.
